9 Days Okavango Delta & Chobe National Park.
This 9-day overland journey begins in Johannesburg, which has several airline connections, and ends at the magnificent Victoria Falls. We link the two with a week spent visiting Botswana’s attractions. We travel to Botswana and the Kalahari Desert, home of the nomadic San hunter-gatherers, after leaving Johannesburg. We next go to Botswana’s crown gem, the Okavango Delta, for a Mokoro ride along the canals and a wildlife safari in Moremi National Park. There’s also a 2-night fly-in upgrade to a premium lodge available here.
Before arriving to the famed Victoria Falls, we will visit Chobe National Park, which is known for its high populations of wild elephants as well as a variety of other big game. Before the trip concludes, we have some time to visit the falls and participate in some of the various activities offered. If you want to fly out of the airport in Johannesburg or have onward travel plans in South Africa, a two-day
