Detailed Itinerary for 5 Days Victoria Falls and Chobe National Parks.

Day 1-2: Explore the Majestic Victoria Falls

When you arrive at Victoria Falls International Airport, you will be welcomed and taken to the Victoria Falls Safari Club, which is located inside the lovely grounds of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge resort and overlooks a private waterhole that draws a great variety of animals. This will be your home for the next two nights, including breakfast. Two lunches at Makuwa-Kuwa and a supper at the Boma, which is a great experience, are also included in your two-night stay.

You will be able to enjoy a sundowner cruise on the trademark deck of the Zambezi Explorer or Zambezi Royal – throughout your journey; you can see animals on the river’s banks as well as birds. A guided tour of the Falls is also included in your stay, allowing you to marvel at the majesty of the ‘Smoke that Thunders.’ Enjoy up to four hours of wildlife viewing in the park. There is a real sense of anticipation as you wind your way through the entry gate and along bush-lined tracks whilst wildlife like antelope graze just metres away in the nearby undergrowth.

As you draw close to the viewing platform, there’s a mighty roar resonating from the waterfalls, and a fine mist settles on your face. Rainbows refract and dance in the light as you stand in awe before the impenetrable barrage of water cascades into the gorge.

Dinner and overnight at Victoria Falls Hotel.

Day 3: Transfer to Chobe National Park in Botswana

After breakfast, you kiss Zimbabwe farewell as you travel by road and ferry across the Kazangula Border into Botswana and to the Ngoma Safari Lodge. You will stay for two nights on an all-inclusive basis. Ngoma Safari Lodge lies in the Chobe Forest Reserve, about three kilometers from the Chobe National Park. Enjoy your dinner under the beautiful Africa night sky, with overnight at Ngoma Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Full Day Game Drive Safari in Chobe

Explore Cobe’s wildlife with game drives, game walks, and boat cruises, where you may see elephants swimming across the river and a great range of roughly 75 animals, 450 bird species, including lions, spring hares, and baboons. Dinner and overnight same as above.

Day 5: Departure.

Spend your final morning activities, followed by a leisurely breakfast, before being picked up from the resort and transported to Kasane Airport, where you will catch your connecting flight home.
