Detailed Itinerary
Morning: Your Safari Blue Experience begins in the little fishing village of Fumba, just 30 minutes from Stone Town. From this point on, sail into Menai Bay, where conservation initiatives have made it possible for dolphins to thrive.
Mid-morning: You will land on a fine sandbank where the crew will outfit you with snorkel gear and set up sunshades. From here, take pleasure in splashing around in the shallows or tanning under the crystal-clear Zanzibar sky.
Late – Morning: Take a morning snorkel over two distinct reefs, each of which is home to a diverse array of immaculate marine life. Benefit from the crew’s experience as they direct you to the best viewing locations.
Lunchtime: The restaurant on Kwale Island is set up and waiting for you. Savour the delectable buffet of fresh seafood. Try 10–15 of the unique fruits found in Zanzibar. Drink some coffee and amarula. There is a plentiful supply of drinks available all day.
Explore everything Kwale Island has to offer from mid-afternoon. Experience the wonders of the coral formations, explore the mangroves, climb an ancient baobab, sail a traditional Ngalawa canoe, go swimming, or simply relax on the beach or on a daybed for the afternoon.
Late – Afternoon: As the sun sets on your magnificent day in paradise, the crew raises the lateen sail and you return to Fumba at your own pace.
