Day 1: transfer from Nairobi to Tsavo east national park.
On the first morning of the safari, you will rise early for breakfast. Your safari drive will pick you up at precisely 6:00 am, at which time they will give you a briefing and set off to drive you to Tsavo East National Park. It takes around six hours to drive from Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park, so you should plan to arrive in the park in the afternoon, settle in, have lunch, and then embark on an afternoon wildlife drive. You will witness a variety of species on the game drive, including buffalo, leopards, lions, and elephants, and view various bird species. You will also visit the Aruba dam in the park, which is frequently visited by a large number of animals. After the game drive, you will return and be dropped off at your preferred location, which can be either at Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel.
